Medically Complex Services

Medically complex and specialized services focus on progressing clients through slower paced rehabilitation. Clients may transition to another level of rehabilitative care and often will progress to transition home- with or without supports. Examples of clients needs on medically complex include complex wound care, pulmonary conditions, and chronic diseases with a need for a slower paced rehabilitation program.
